After some significant water leaks following our bathroom renos, I called Stephen and he was at my place within 30 minutes. Maybe I just got lucky with timing, but either way, the service and advice from him and his offsider were first class — the kind of genuine, old-school professionalism I remember from when I was a kid. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of work.
