Can't speak highly enough of our Plumber for his honesty and professionalism this morning, he could have just simply changed over the HWC because he felt that HWC wasn't the issue and felt that it was not required, and he was happy to discuss it and the potential other issues and give solutions that saved us a considerable amount of money. He then assisted by contacting an electrician used by Overeem and having the problem sorted then and there, and thanks to Overeem's contract sparky for rocking up so quickly,
