From Tess & Emily taking my phone calls & emails to Dimitry who carried out the gas leak investigation, to Wallace & Thiene who completed the replacement of gas pipes (an all day job). Bill is the best ever trades person I have encountered. This is the 2nd time I have asked him to come over for the plumbing service, and he has done an absolutely fantastic job!! Bill installed a new bathroom vanity and changed faulty taps for me, all done very professionally and to a high standard. Peter provided an absolutely first rate service. Arrived on time as promised, was very thorough in his investigation and subsequent repair. He made sure everything was working properly before he leave. He was very polite and patiently listening to the list I had and communicated with a smile on his face😊. We have used Request Now Plumbing Service for a few years now, we just had a gas hot water system replaced (we were not present at the time however organised for someone else to be), they emailed photos of work done, also removed the old system for us. The plumber and staff are friendly, easy to communicate with, they are reliable, are prompt and trustworthy we are extremely happy with their workmanship and highly recommend them, we will continue to use them in the future.
